Yes, there are, and very simple. First select cells or range you want to set, then go to menu <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Format &gt; Cells&#8230; &gt; Borders<\/strong><\/em><\/span>, or use keyboard shortcut <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Ctrl + 1<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.
